Our Castle Rock Cabernet Saviognon is produced from grapes grown in carefully selected vineyards in California, where the climate and soil quality provide excellent growing conditions for this classic varietal.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is bold, rich, and deep garnent in color with expressive aromas of black currant, ripe cherry, and baking spice. On the palate, this wine is intense, luscious and full-bodied, with a rich core of berry flavors, and hints of vanilla and espresso in its long harmonious finish. It makes an excellent companion to beef, lamb, venison and most cheeses.
