Our Castle Rock Pinot Noir is produced from grapes grown in the Central Coast region of California, where the climate and soil quality provide excellent growing conditions for the varietal. Here, the cooling ocean breeze helps create a longer growing season, contributing to characteristic depth of flavor and balanced acidity.
Our Pinot Noir is elegant medium-bodied, offering aromas of fresh cranberry, spice, and roasted coffee. On the palate the wine gives flavors of cherry and tea leaf with lively acid and a refined finish. This versatile wine pairs well with to lamb, chicken, salmon, and pasta dishes.
