The art of Dressage is about the harmony, elegance and balance between horse and rider. Our Pinot Noir is produced in a similar fashion as the grapes, climate and winemaker work in unison to create a wine that appeals to both the senses and emotions with every sip.
Made with grapes grown in Monterey County, this Pinot Noir offers rich complex layers of plum cherry, vanilla spice and floral notes. The wine finishes elegantly with lingering flavors of cherry and cocoa powder.
